The Fairmore​

Now under construction, this pair of apartment buildings frame a canyon/courtyard entryway to the site. They share a 3-level subterranean garage and generous landscape. Approximately 50,000 and 21 large apartments will house many UCLA students comfortably when complete.

Now in plan check, this development on the coast in Carpinteria will house four townhouse style condominiums in two buildings. Each condo has a private entry and garage plus three bedrooms, in-unit laundry and a roof deck with stunning ocean views.
Wellworth Ave. Apartments
