Marina Boat Central

A dry-stack boat storage facility designed to hold over 300 boats in an environmentally friendly footprint. Site also holds 20+ mast-up sailboats on land, customer parking, and a County Sherriff's Boatwright facility. 

The building skin is translucent material to highlight the inner workings for the marina skyline, as well as allow in daylight to eliminate the need for electric lighting.
