The Fairmore​

Completed in 2024, this pair of apartment buildings frame a canyon/courtyard entryway to the site. They share a 3-level subterranean garage and generous landscape. Approximately 50,000 and 21 large apartments houses many UCLA students comfortably and provides much needed greenery to the neighborhood.
Sanctuary Beach​
Completed in 2018 after years of complex planning, these four townhomes along the salt-marsh preserve in Carpinteria feature the first roof decks approved in their jurisdiction and are quite environmentally sound given their adjacent nature preserves.
Wellworth Ave. Apartments

A high-end multi-family infill development across from a beautiful park. This building features two levels of subteranean parking plus a sub-level of storage for the tenants. Above will be a mix of eight two and three bedroom units topped by a two story penthouse with stupendous roof-decks. All units will be light and airy, with 9' ceilings, fireplaces and open plan kitchens.

This replacement apartment building holds two units on the bluff in Isla Vista. One unit is rented to students, the other is held by ownership for friend and family use. Wildly popular with students due to the open and inviting nature and neighboring park, the building has been a landmark of good design in Isla Vista since opening.
